Henlon hair is a single fiber, also called Monofiber, filament. Smooth, strong, vibrant in colors, and a feel much like human hair to the touch and workability.
It has a high heat resistance of 120 degrees C/ 248 degrees F. Which allows it to be shaped using boiling water, but without causing shrinkage. This means you can prepare the Henlon hair to the exact texture you need before turning into any creative hair creation. Whether it is crochet dreadlocks of any pattern, braids, or twists, our Pure Henlon Hair can do it all.
What makes our Henlon hair Pure is the guarantee of absolutely no chemical coating - No Lye / No Rubber / No Detangling Agent - in the manufacturing process. It is completely Pure, virgin if you will, as we believe your health and safety is of utmost importance. We want you to feel comfortable knowing the fiber you are working with your bare hands on, isn't causing any inflammatory reactions. We also want you who wear creative hair to feel confident and comfortable knowing your crown is made with the highest quality Henlon Hair possible.
Color is not a limit, it's Possibilities! - Synthetic hair cannot be dyed or color changed without heavy toxic chemical interference, and we are trying to minimize this as much as possible. Which is why our color palette is carefully selected to cover any color matching needs. By blending colors together, in different proportions, you can create the exact tones you are looking for.

The color names are divided into three categories - Vibrant - Muted - Pastel - this will assist in ensuring efficient mixing and matching of tones. If you need a lighter color, mix with a lighter tone. If you need a darker color, mix with a lighter tone. Color Theory is a thing here!

The color codes, for all but 12 Natural tones, are for your convenience HEX# so that you can use technology to make color combination swatches and vision boards. To make it a bit easier to communicate colors with clients etc. Each Pure Henlon Hair color has a downloadable color image. Feel free to use them! The 12 Natural Tones that doesn't have a # number, the color code is simply according to the most common human hair color codex.
Weight and Length, one package of Pure Henlon Hair comes in a lose braid tied with a cotton string, tag, and a reusable elastic at the end. The bundle weights 80grams and is 24" in length. Our goal is to minimize packaging while still ensuring the hair is delivered in pristine condition.
One package, 80grams, is sufficient for creating 10 pieces of medium/small thickness crochet dreadlocks. Meaning, each lock will weigh 8grams at the length of 18-24 inches. For thinner or thicker dreadlocks, portion the bundle accordingly.
For the average full head of dreadlocks you'll need 50 locks, 5 packs of Pure Henlon Hair.
